What this site is

This is an editorial site about the book History: Un-Attached by C. V. Wooster. It offers reading paths, Field Notes essays, a playful historical matching prompt, and links to buy the book.

The book homepage does not place the AdSense snippet. Display ads, when shown, appear on Field Notes.

Book purchase buttons go to Amazon through affiliate links. Payment is handled by Amazon, not by a checkout form on this site. If you buy through those links, Taciturn Studios LLC may earn a commission. That does not change the price you pay.

Forms and accounts

Optional sign-in lives at /login. We send a one-time link to the email you enter and keep a session cookie on this site so a returning visit can stay attached to the same address.

The homepage podcast note can collect an email if you ask to be told when the first episode is ready. We use that address only for that note and a brief confirmation. We do not sell the list.
